Description

Thevaluecircle LLP were initially engaged to scope a programme of works to support the development, and implementation of, the models of care and models of care plus programme. This work was crucial to the Trusts' CQC improvement journey, and timescales for this work precluded the ability to undertake a competitive procurement process, due to the urgent need for works to commence, and are for a very specific project. Thevaluecircle LLP were also working across the Norfolk & Waveney ICB, which allowed a consistent strategic approach when working on this programme.
