ScotRail is seeking a digital agency that can operate as a strategic partner within a multi-agency ecosystem. The appointed agency must bring clarity, specialist expertise and strong collaboration skills, acting as the connective layer across creative, media, PR, CRM and web partners to deliver high-performing digital activity.
