Description

Re-procurement of the custodial Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme, which is expected to be a concessionary arrangement. The requirement covers the management and administration of the Custodial Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme and providing an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Concessionary contract values are calculated based on estimated revenues - the current estimate for this scheme is circa £1.4BN for the initial 5 year duration of the contract, however this is an indicative figure only, and the actual value shall be subject to a number of variable factors. This Pipeline Notice supersedes the previous Pipeline Notice for this procurement: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/021424-2025. A new notice was required in order to update certain details.
