Description
The provision of consultancy services to support North Somerset Council's (NSC's) engagement with the West of England Combined Authority (WECA). The consultants will work across officers and elected members to: - Help us understand and navigate WECA workstreams, priorities, structures, finances and operating models and how these map against the equivalent in NSC. - Lead and facilitate a process to create a compelling narrative for investment in North Somerset, supported by a prioritised set of investable propositions and associated delivery programme. - Advise on negotiating positions, actions, timeline and operating models for engagement with WECA and government on this agenda.
