To conduct the discovery phase for the Advanced Digital Energy Planning Tool (ADEPT) as part of GMCA's long-term commitment to deliver the ambitions set out in the Greater Manchester 5-Year Environment Plan and to achieve Net Zero by 2038. The concept of ADEPT is intended to connect and digitalise the region's data systems, supporting collaborative planning for the low carbon energy transition, carbon reduction, and economic development.
