Description
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) has appointed a Consultant to provide highway congestion data to cover the years, 2019, 2021 – 2029 across the major and minor road networks in West Yorkshire, to provide the Combined Authority with granular insight into historical congestion trends along the highway network in West Yorkshire. The data is required to help with traffic management and planning; policy and investment decision-making and programme and scheme monitoring and evaluation. The Contract will initially be for one year, with the possibility of up to 24-months extension on an annual basis, thereby, making a total possible contract duration of three years. Future data will be provided, from the contract start date until the contract end date (partial year). Historical data will be available for the full calendar year (January – December, from 2019 up to contract start date).
