Description
The British Council is seeking to established a Closed framework for 4-6 suppliers, on a 2+2+2 basis. This initiative will enable the organisation to complement internal teams with external expertise, ensuring it can respond quickly to evolving business and technology demands. Through this procurement, the British Council intends to establish contractual relationships with specialist suppliers who will deliver specific statements of work, as issued through the framework award process. All professionals will remain employed and managed by the supplier(s) but will be rapidly deployed to deliver specific British Council project delivery needs. Suppliers will be expected to provide suitably qualified and experienced professionals across the following areas of expertise, including but not limited to: Software Engineering, DevOps/SRE, Quality Assurance/Testing/Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, Technical Architecture, Project Management, Scrum Master, Delivery Management.
