Description
Design and delivery of online group coaching supervision and CPD to support the council's internal coaching programme. Group supervision proposal outlined in this specification will offer support to the internal coaches through case discussion and peer development and learning. The provider will be required to meet all the following stated delivery elements set out below. Following engagement with the internal coaching pool, feedback on supervision requirements of the internal coaches is as follows: Experienced supervisors, systems, race, and EEDI competent. To be challenged and stretched. To feel safe. Quality assurance. Mentoring and building coaching skills practice techniques/knowledge. Case discussion. Peer accountability / setting standards of practice. Discuss ethical dilemmas. E.g., Developing EEDI training by working with examples and case studies. Providing CPD on themes and topics relevant to the needs of the coaches.
