Description

This tender is issued to allow Swansea Council (predominately its Building Maintenance section) to engage with a contractor to carry out works to comply with requirements as set out in Regulation 14 of The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. The aim of the works is to remove existing safety film, prepare surfaces and to supply and Install safety glazing film internally and externally to nominated premises. These being Primary and Secondary Schools as well as other Authority owned premises – Social Services, Community Centres, Park Buildings etc. The extent of safety filming works to be undertaken will be dependent on available budgets at the time.
