Description
Protector force growth and Shadow sustainment rely upon the provision of trained Weapon Systems Officers (WSO) and Weapon Systems Operators (WSOp) Sensor Operator (SO). The Mission Aircrew Optical Trainer (MAOT) Ground Based Training Equipment (GBTE) provides a critical component of the training, with the service support provided ensuring continued delivery of trainees to the Protector and Shadow Conversion Units (OCU). The supplier (in this case the OEM) is to provide a dedicated helpdesk and on-site technical support service on a continual basis, together with reporting/analysis of service provision on a quarterly basis, each of which services are to be delivered within contractually pre-defined response and resolution times.
