Description

The Health Board would like to commission a Weight Management service that would be provided digitally, via an online behavioural and lifestyle programme that people can access via a smartphone or computer with internet access. The programme will work alongside, existing weight management services, to ensure we deliver the right care to patients and communities. This will be for adults and potentially include level 2 and 3 services.
