Description

This contract is for the supply, installation, servicing and maintenance of stairlifts and through floor lifts across North Yorkshire under the Disabled Facilities Grant scheme. The contract is divided into two Lots: Lot 1, Stairlifts (including recycling and refurbishment), and Lot 2, Through Floor Lifts (including associated building works). The service includes surveys, installation, maintenance, warranties, emergency repairs and customer support, with performance monitored through KPIs. The total estimated contract value is £5,000,000. Whilst indicative values have been assigned to each Lot, the Authority reserves the right to allocate expenditure between the Lots in line with actual service demand during the four-year contract term. Estimated values are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
