Description

Harlow District HDC (HDC) is seeking to procure Construction Consultancy Services - Mechanical and Electrical Engineer. This service forms part of HDC's commitment to transform Harlow's housing, invest in housing stock and to meet Landlord obligations.It is expected that the core services required to majority of the planned capital projects will be:- Attending meetings as required- Site visits- Preparation of condition report with recommendations - Identifying needs for further specialist design- Identifying needs for statutory and third-party approvals/ agreements- Estimating cost of works - Technical design and specification including drawings as required (for Building Control approval and tender pack)- Preparation of scope/ schedule of works (for tender pack)- Preparation of as-built drawings (on completion of works)more details in ITT
