Description

A framework opportunity for experienced and qualified suppliers of cloud-based asset utilisation platforms, supporting NHS Trusts to track, analyse, and optimise the use of clinical equipment across departments and sites. Solutions must deliver interoperable, data-driven insights, integrate seamlessly with NHS systems, and support full asset lifecycle management—from tagging and monitoring to booking, maintenance, and disposal. The framework aims to improve operational efficiency, reduce unnecessary capital expenditure, and enhance patient care through greater visibility, smarter decision-making, and evidence-based resource planning. The framework will enable participating organisations to call off a single, scalable solution with associated implementation and support services, helping improve equipment availability, reduce time spent locating assets, and strengthen planning for sharing, maintenance, and future investment.
