Description
Funding has been allocated via the North Somerset Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy to commission a pilot intervention to prevent and/or address self-harm amongst young people. The. The provider will run group work and one-to-one sessions in accordance with the Mind and Body programme. The sessions will follow the programme structure and core themes of the original programme; namely identifying risks, communicating, managing emotions, making changes, reviewing progress and reflecting on the programme.
