Description
Asset Manager.NET is a system used by Finance/Resources alongside Corporate Property and Land, holding data from past years to present day. It is a data source for Capital Accounting from depreciation, impairment, valuations through to IFRS16. The Property Management function holds Durham County Council freehold/leasehold position for land and buildings. It holds condition survey data in support of the Capitalised Maintenance programme of works and extends to holding past/present/future disposal and acquisition data.
