Description

London Borough of Lewisham invite suppliers to tender for a floating support service providing brief but intensive support to adults Lewisham with additional support needs. The Intensive Housing Advice and Support Service (IHASS) will deliver brief, intensive housing-related support to service users whose accommodation is at risk, or who would be at risk of losing their accommodation without timely intervention. This may include providing targeted support to service users requiring resettlement. The service has focus on tenancy sustainment and resolving immediate crisis in people's lives. The service operates across Lewisham. The aim of the service is to prevent homelessness and to support service users to develop the skills, confidence, and stability required to sustain independent accommodation and independent living.
