Description

Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Limited are the preferred contractor for the Squire Lane Scheme. This is to allocate work to them to undertake tree felling, site strip of low level vegetation including treatment with herbicide to prevent further growth to allow PAS 128 Type B survey at the Squire Lane site. The work is to be done during February to March 2026 to avoid the bird nesting season and avoid costs by being delayed by this. This would then allow for them to work towards a detailed design and costings.
