Description

The Council seeks to appoint a multi-disciplinary service provider to plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of its planned maintenance programme for local authority-maintained schools, plus any emergency works. Services must include: • Architect/designer lead consultant • Quantity surveyor • Structural engineer • M&E services designer All team members must be chartered through an accredited body (e.g., CIOB or RICS). The contract will follow JCT Consultancy Agreement (Public Sector) 2024.
