Description

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC) intends to establish a new framework agreement to appoint suitably qualified contractors to deliver Renovation and Extension works for individuals with disabilities. The works will take place across both occupied and unoccupied domestic properties within the Bradford District. The contract is expected to run from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2028, with the option to extend until 31 August 2030, giving a potential total duration of up to four years. As part of this framework, CBMDC aims to support a diverse supplier base and will actively seek participation from both Small and Medium‑Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations.
