Description

The contract is for the provision of specialist Asbestos Risk Management Services to LondonEnergy Limited. These services are critical to ensuring compliance with statutory asbestos management obligations and mitigating significant health and safety risks across operational sites. The scope includes: - Acting as the Client's trusted asbestos subject matter expert, providing independent and impartial advice. - Coordinating asbestos surveys, air monitoring, and remediation works through the approved supply chain. - Delivering Responsible Person asbestos training and supporting corporate governance. - Managing emergency response and containment following accidental asbestos releases. - Maintaining and improving the asbestos compliance database (Simple Compliance) and ensuring accurate reporting. The services will be supplied exclusively by Ramboll UK Limited under a Master Services Agreement on a time and materials basis, with a total contract value not to exceed £913,875.00.
