Description
The Council needs to urgently procure advisory services to support the potential enforcement of an existing Legal Charge over some assets. The Council had to appoint Interpath as a firm that had worked closely with the Council's legal team. This close relationship is crucial to ensure the Council's lead advisors work well together on this complex enforcement position.
