Description

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (The Council) is seeking to appoint a Contractor for the provision of vehicle recovery services including the recovery of other items on behalf of the Council throughout the Bradford District. Based on the total number of recoveries during the calendar year’s 2023 and 2024 it is estimated that the Council aims to recovery upwards of 1,000 vehicles per annum. These recoveries include but are not limited to: • Light Vehicles up to 3,500kg • Heavy Vehicles over 3,500 kg • ATV’s • Two Wheeled Vehicles • Hybrid/Electric Vehicles • Caravans and Trailers • Boats • Plant and Machinery • Containers • Lighting Columns • Any other items that the contractor can remove safely The recoveries can be on or off-road and can occasionally be difficult to access. In addition, vehicles may be damaged and/or burnt out
