Bernicia is looking to award to M3 Housing for a software package which provides quick offer appraisals and site valuations on complex multi-tenure projects, with the ability to manage cashflows and live programme performance. A review of the market was undertaken prior to this notice and this software was identified as the best fit for the business and the most economical choice for Bernicia to deliver our requirements.
