Description

This contract involves a partial fit-out of the ground floor, in the Stilring House Office, Nottingham. With key functions being relocated from the first floor. This includes the transfer of Project and Meeting Spaces, the FM Office, and the reception area, alongside the creation of a new central collaboration zone. To support these changes, modifications to the existing centralised M&E systems will be required, including the installation of new independent mechanical equipment as well as metering of services to segregate the ground floor from the rest of the building.
