Description
Aubrey Lewis Older Adult Environment Improvement Works Replacement of finishes and doors, together with the installation of artwork and acoustic panels, with no alteration to the existing ward layout. The only structural works are the demolition and replacement of the existing conservatory with a similar, more energy-efficient structure, incorporating a minor footprint adjustment.
