Detailed Accessibility Assessment of every ward and department across all hospital sites at Humber Health Partnership (Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust; Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust). It will be a three-year contract generating internal guidance reports and action plans to track and evidence improvements over time. The detailed Access Guides will describe each patient journey and give people the information required to plan a visit to HHP sites.
