Description
USW is seeking supplier engagement to help feed into the specification prior to a tender process. The contract will comprise of the procurement of a commercially off-the-shelf (COTS) SaaS platform, including professional services for implementation, data migration from legacy systems, training ('Train the Trainer'), and ongoing technical support. The University is seeking a partner to support a strategic capability uplift, moving from disparate spreadsheets and manual reporting to a Single Integrated Solution for resource management and strategic forecasting. The University’s strategic priority for this procurement is to select a solution that balances enterprise-grade governance (Risks, Cost, Dependencies) with consumer-grade usability. We require a system that automates administrative burdens—specifically the ingestion of non-project time (e.g. sickness, BAU)—to ensure voluntary user adoption and accurate forward-looking intelligence.
