Description
Luton Rising has redeveloped and upgraded Wigmore Valley Park and as part of the refurbishment is installing a cabin as a cafe; provision with external seating area. The appointed provider will operate the cafe under a concession agreement to meet the demand and grow the opportunity as the use of the park increases. The value of the agreement is unknown at this stage and is based on an initial estimate.
