Description

Southend-on-Sea City Council sought a contractor for a feasibility study that will identify, assess and promote deliverable options for network capacity enhancements on Nestuda Way and Eastwoodbury Lane. The study will support funding applications and scheme implementation to enable a suitable scheme to be brought forward within the 2026/27 Highways capital programme.
