Description

The authority is seeking suitably experience service provider that works within healthcare and hospital environments to advise and lead in transition planning, project management, consulting and physical relocation services to support delivery of major new hospital development which new build and refurbishment programme to delvier a new clinical model. The services required include; - Operational Readiness Review - Facility Activation Planning - Relocation Strategy - Physical Relocation Plan - Patient Transfer Plan - Physical Relocation Management - Patient Transfer Services - FF&E Inventory Management Services - New Equipment Installation The services are required must align to the programme, and will commence in April 2026 until completion of the programme in late 2027 to early 2028.
