North Northamptonshire Leisure Management Model

Description

North Northamptonshire Council needed a leisure consultancy to cost future management models and develop a full service specification for its leisure facilities. The consultant will create and model three operational options with service levels, analyse baseline data, assess 10 year capital needs, and produce whole life financial models. They will draft a procurement ready specification covering KPIs, programming, pricing, membership, ESG and EDI commitments, and monitoring. The work also includes implementation recommendations, governance advice, an equality impact assessment, and delivery of all final templates, financial models, and presentation materials.
