Description

Royal Holloway and Bedford New College (known as Royal Holloway, University of London), “the University”, is seeking early engagement with experienced security systems, maintenance, and support service providers. The University is preparing to re procure a single contract for the maintenance, support, and minor works associated with its CCTV/VSS, access control, intruder alarm systems, and associated services across its multisite estate in Egham and London. This pre market exercise aims to gather insight on scope, service models, resourcing assumptions, commercial structures, and technical requirements. Supplier feedback will be used to refine the University’s approach and ensure that the forthcoming procurement is competitive, deliverable, and aligned with industry best practice.
