Description

From April 2026 we will be making improvements to our existing colleague benefits, nudging these up to the upper quartile. The next stage of our Total Reward Strategy is now for us to assess the technologies available to support the delivery of our strategy, with a key underlying theme of enabling maximum participation in a wide range of benefits which readily support a multi-generational workforce. Therefore, we are going out to market to test and benchmark platform providers to find a partner who can provide and facilitate friction free 24/7 best in class mobile technology to open up even more voluntary benefits for our colleagues to choose, and moreover make full use of, enhancing and bringing our revised strategy to life. From there we have a medium-term goal to work with that provider to enable our colleagues to design their own rewards and benefits from scratch and vary these to suit their lives as they develop their careers with us rather than have a number of set benefits chosen by the company, making every colleague's package truly valuable to them.
