Description

RBWM is a non-stock holding Council and therefore need to procure temporary accommodation to meet homelessness. With a very limited Council's owned accommodation and a need to fulfil its statutory duty, RBWM seek to create a framework for provision of temporary accommodation by appointing a number of suitable Providers (Housing Companies, Lettings Agents or other capable organisations) who can offer a wide range of suitable properties which can be used for temporary accommodation placements by RBWM as/when required. The ITT documents are hosted on https://public.bravosolution.co.uk and describe how the Procurement will be conducted, including details of the associated Procurement timetable, award criteria and how to respond to this opportunity
