Description
As part of the LGA’s graduate programmes, the LGA wishes to receive bids from individuals, organisations, or sole traders to provide a video interview platform for use during each programme's recruitment process. Impact, Impact Finance, and Pathways to Planning programs each have their own national recruitment processes, which include several assessment stages and distinct branding. The LGA aims to procure a video interview platform that meets the specific needs of each program during their individual recruitment cycles. The LGA seeks to procure a customisable video interview platform to facilitate each programmes’ video interview stage. It is a critical requirement that the platform supports an audio-only playback option, enabling external assessors to evaluate candidate responses without visual content. The platform must also provide adaptable interview functionality that meets the needs of multiple user requirements, delivering an easy-to-navigate and smooth experience for both candidates and external assessors
