Description

Cottage Farm is Supported living for adults with a learning disability and/or autism who have been identified as having exceptional housing needs, this procurement is to provide the care staff for this site. The Cottage Farm specialist supported housing scheme will provide a home outside hospital for individuals with a learning disability/ autistic individuals who require exceptional housing and who are currently protracted stay inpatients.
