Description

The Safe Haven offers a safe, calm and welcoming space for people aged 16+ experiencing emotional distress or mental health crisis. It provides immediate support to help individuals de escalate, develop short term safety plans, and access further help if needed. The service is accessible through self referral or via professionals, and offers in person, phone or virtual support in a relaxed, non clinical environment.
