Description
Hywel Dda University Health Board seeks to commission a suitable provider to deliver a bespoke service to help patients in the North Ceredigion Cluster area to better manage their weight and consequently lower their risk of comorbidities associated with obesity, such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, and mental health complexities. The contract will run for two (2) years with the option to extend for a further one (1) year. Initial term 01/07/2026- 30/06/2028 Extension option 01/07/2026 -30/06/2028
