Description
Enhanced Optometry Services - Community Urgent Eyecare, Pre & Post Cataract, Glaucoma Repeat Reading, Glaucoma Enhanced Referral Service, Glaucoma Community Monitoring, Low Vision Aid Service and Blood Pressure Pilot to be delivered to NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board.
