Description
This Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) is issued by Transport for London (TfL) and seeks to obtain market feedback in relation to the potential future procurement of a proposed TfL Children's Animation. TfL is considering a potential future procurement of a proposal that can: •Bring to life an animation concept that embodies TfL's values of accessibility, sustainability, reliability, and inclusion. •Develop a creative and commercial strategy for how the animation assets/ IP could be launched and expanded across products, partnerships, and media. •Provide creative and strategic insight into how the animation could drive revenue growth and brand equity through TfL's licensing portfolio. •The animation should align with TfL's brand identity while being flexible enough to engage global audiences of children and families. This exercise does not form part of any formal procurement process. All responses will be carefully considered but will not bind TfL to any approach to the procurement, nor will responses be treated as conveying any promise or commitment on the part of the respondent.
