Description

1 of Automated hydrogen-deuterium exchange (LEAP HDX) system for interfacing with a mass spectrometer. We require an integrated and automated system with the capacity to carry out deuterium labelling of proteins (including membrane proteins) and protease digestion for delivery of labelled peptides to a mass spectrometer. The equipment is very specialised for interfacing with our other equipment and in the combination of automation, a filtration system for lipid/detergent removal from membrane protein samples along with software that can carry out the required data analysis. We are experienced in this field and Trajan Scientific are the only company able to provide a solution
