Description
Cambridge City Council seeks a suitably qualified specialist contractor to support the development and delivery of a Local Remediation Acceleration Plan (LRAP) in response to the Grenfell Inquiry report and the Government's Remediation Acceleration Plan. The contractor will review and advise on approximately 18 high-rise and 230 mid-rise private sector residential buildings, assessing external wall systems and wider fire-safety risks, and identifying required interventions. The work must align with national remediation requirements and will be delivered over two working days per week (Monday-Friday).
