Description
DTC is investing in the BCS RoleModelplus Build and Consultancy Services to enable the development, assurance and sustainability of a structured, SFIA/SFIAplus‑aligned role framework across its digital and data workforce. The proposed investment for a 1‑year term includes deployment of the RoleModelplus system, three user licences and 12.5 days of expert consultancy to create, refine and finalise 25 digital and technology role profiles. This investment directly supports capability uplift, reduces role inconsistency, strengthens governance and enables long‑term sustainability of role creation within National Highways. BCS is the only UK chartered professional body for IT, uniquely empowered to award chartered status (CITP) and formal professional registration across the digital profession.
