Description
This contract supports the Government Science & Engineering (GSE) Conference, which brings together profession members from across the civil, crown, and public sector. Although the new events guidance was followed, no suitable providers were identified through this internal approach, so the team conducted an external search and obtained quotations, with this supplier offering the best value for money. Given the specialist AV requirements and restrictions on venue size and location, the market is extremely limited due to technical reasons, making a direct award the appropriate route.
