Description
Scope of Services The maintenance services required will include, but will not be limited to: Doors - Powered and manually operated vertically and horizontally moving appliance bay doors - Revolving and powered entrance doors and speed lanes - Automatic door-closing devices associated with appliance bay doors Vehicle Control Systems - Vehicle access control systems (excluding wider access control systems unless included in scope) - Traffic (vehicle) barriers - Hydraulic traffic bollards Gates - Powered and manually operated gates (vehicle and pedestrian) Roller shutters Drill tower grills and shutters Minor works - Any other maintenance services the Commissioner may reasonably request during the term of the Agreement. Any such additions will constitute a formal Change. Planned and Reactive Maintenance Requirements - The Supplier will manage and deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules for all service areas throughout the duration of the Agreement. - The Supplier will provide a 24/7/365 reactive maintenance and emergency call-out service.
