Description

We seek to understand software solutions that support ticket sales, financial accounting and analysis, marketing strategy and execution, and customer relationship management (CRM). Together, these capabilities will enable the Barbican to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience across both digital and onsite touchpoints. The selected solution(s) should support the development and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives, enhance audience engagement and satisfaction, enable effective fundraising and stakeholder management, and provide actionable insights across the customer lifecycle. Collectively, these functions are critical to enhancing the overall Barbican experience and supporting the organisation’s operational effectiveness and long-term strategic objectives.
