Description
The successful bidder will undertake research and produce a report that contextualises and communicates the impact of the Heritage Fund’s investment in large capital projects in the heritage sector. The research will look at a sample of up to 25 projects to understand: •The longer-term impact of our investment on a range of projects and the grantee organisations •The role our investment played in supporting longer-term organisational sustainability and resilience including but not exclusively the following: oRevenue generation oFundraising oIncreasing financial reserves oGovernance oCapacity and skills oAudience or membership development and diversification oImproving strategies/plans and supporting systems and processes
