Description
A further competition was undertaken using CCS Framework: RM6263 Digital Specialists and Programmes - Lot 1 Digital Programmes Northumberland County Council (NCC) is seeking a delivery partner to support the transformation of its digital services and data capabilities in line with our transformation programme's efficiency and user-centred goals. This opportunity offers suppliers the chance to lead agile, multidisciplinary teams delivering high-impact outcomes across content design, user experience, and data engineering. The successful supplier will work collaboratively with internal teams, embed agile ways of working, uplift digital capability, and deliver accessible, insight-driven services that enable channel shift and better decision-making.
