The framework is open to members of CPC, listed at https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members, including future members meeting requirements at https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/about/how-to-join. The wider public sector (WPS) may access the framework via Crescent Services. This framework is not intended to replace any existing arrangements with such organisations. WPS organisations that may utilise the framework include: Central Government departments, agencies, public bodies, Local Government, and Public Corporations, as listed at https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations and https://www.local.gov.uk/ Eligible public sector bodies as detailed on the CPC website: https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/services/eligiblepublic-sector-bodies
